Download Case StudyCoSoft provides infrastructure for a variety of events through the Evest platform, a SaaS management product which monitors different types of events. In order to host a solution, tools like WHM and CPanel were used to mainly provide DNS management as well as a Web and E-mail Server.
Due to the limitations of its infrastructure and architecture, the entire solution was running on a single computing server (database, e-mail, and the Web application). For this reason, the product was limited to small number of events, no more than 600 people. In addition to the lack of high availability and automation, the previous environment did not implement essential elements for a robust solution such as fault tolerance, scalability, and security.
